Instead of a new tablet, you should do what students tend to do - a 360 degrees laptop with a pen. That way you can use pc apps like sketchbook pro with unlimited layers. Although that may cost a bit. Maybe open up a patreon or buy me a coffee. A few £10s can go a long way

Im guessing variable rate means the interest increases with inflation? ...but inflation is quite large in russia. Isnt the central bank simply doubling the issue and handing it to next year? Or is there some small print letting them double it in the years after

This isnt a budget problem (even there are big money issues), its far more serious than that.

The russian railway system is on the brink of collapse. Coal warehouses are full because the locomotives are out of service and have no spare parts. Very little coal can actuallt move across the country

I suppose many people are impatient since ukraine is simply running out of people to call up without losing generations like in the great war.

Unless the economic shocks pile enough to force russia to halt, much in europe could change

Many people are starting to guess a major economic incident for russia ~winter 2025. Especially if this forces them to sell from the NWF. And the piling domestic issues. Whats your prediction?
