Taylor Sift and the girls three hours after their last feeding - did three peak-to-peak feedings at a 1:1:1 ratio today to strengthen them up. TS gets 50/50 BF/rye flour, DBM gets 50 BF/50 rye/AP mix, and AYBFI gets 100% BF. Help this is an obsession.

Second loaf - definitely too dense but not inedible, and I think it was fairly close. Attempt two is autolysing on the counter and I’m going to work with the aliquot method to ensure full bulk fermentation.
