I just found out and 💯’ed it today. Had a blast playing it and nice job on the character controller 😁. I love seeing more quality and focus on character controllers. PS: love to all the slimeys :3

Yeah, it’s very important to polish the game in the end. I mean, my old 100h prototype were playable before I went back to polish it.. but now it’s actually quite nice 😁

It’s a very good to write things down and process through them. All to avoid feature creep that just adds more complexity. 😅

I must say, I prefer that post feeling over some software jobs I’ve had over the years where we usually confirm our fears after release, haha 😅.

I finally found out that.. detaching the side board and testing the mouse solved the problem… so after some more testing I decided to remove a fuse/resistor and attaching the board. And all of the sudden all buttons and sensors + wheel worked… mind blowing sad to see this design 😢.

After that.. The wheel stopped working all together, but all other buttons worked.. so after 4 hours of testing, taking apart and putting it together I settled with replacing the IR emitter. And it finally worked! Or so I thought until I put it all together again…
