Several different angles of the Subway Boss Ingo 3D model from Pokemon Masters EX are lined up in two rows. The top row is the full model and the bottom row is just the chest up. Both row have the model at various different angles. Subway Boss Ingo is a thin, pale man with grey hair and eyes. His bangs are very sharp and frame the sides of his face. He wears a stylized conductor uniform with the primary colour being a blue-black. He has a long coat with a large collar and oversized sleeve cuffs, a conductor's hat with the Gear Station logo, a white button up shirt with a blue tie, matching blue-black trousers and oddly shaped shoes. There is also a blue cuff on his upper arm - his left, the viewer's right. He wears white gloves.

The funniest way I developed a headcanon is when I was reading a fic that referred to Arceus as She and inexplicably felt second-hand gender euphoria so I simply decided "I guess Arceus Herself said that She uses She/Her pronouns" and I have never questioned it since.

Anyway I think Ingo can smile and make any facial expression he likes but it's uncomfortable and he has to do so consciously, so he only really does so when masking. Expressions with a "frown" base are easier and more comfortable for him.
