So as Mal’s 1, 8, and 9 returned home with their spoils. They shared their plans with their fellow Mals and they all agreed to it. It meant they could potentially never worry about money again, but also have the process of making more of themselves actively rewarding~

Whoever these “Travis and Dennis” people were. They had their own wallets with cash, bank accounts with their savings, and pay checks they could get some others. It was a sound plan!

The 3 Mals stepped out of the bathroom and bought enough food for a feast. Not caring about their previous clothing

Memories of paying rent, dealing with hard clients, taxes, bills, not being good enough, but just as the two staff members got fully turned into Mal, a new idea popped into their heads~

he could dial 911! Now both the manager and the worker were both midway through their transformations, Mal quickly shuffled them into the bathrooms to avoid any more attention. The manager didn’t understand it. But demanded Mal changed him back! But as Mal explained she couldn’t do that. The manager was in the midst of calling the cops. Seeing this was the point of no return everything Mal had come crumbling down. Mal refused and quickly pulled the manager in a kiss before

Mal had accidentally bumped against a worker and even with all the layers the salamander fresh outta college was starting to turn. Mal gasped, feeling ashamed in failing her initial goal, plus making her issues worse.

Made worse by a very confused and angry manager coming by to see this unfold.

A single Mal went out to the local Walmart. It was a very anxious experience. Even with two heavy layers on, Mal was worried any touch may convert someone, and thus making their problem worse.

They would go get groceries with their credit card and gambled on the idea they’ll get a high paying role soon.

But this time Mal was going to be smart about this. For once in her life, she DIDN’T want to convert anyone! So it was mask on, gloves on, and keeping her distance! But it did feel weird

Mal was not a worker by any means. She didn’t know how to get into trades! Or get an office job. Acting was really the only thing she excelled at. And didn’t want to sell herself short at “dirty minimum wage” positions.
