I'm tightly catering my bsky feed. It's just friends, art, science, and hobby related. It's taken some effort, but the doom and gloom has slowed to a trickle.

I'm mostly going ostrich. The only news I'm listening to is Marketplace and Make Me Smart podcasts on NPR.

That's what I did. Now I only go on through a web browser.

That's part of why I'm keeping my accounts open. That and being silent isn't a useful protest. Instead I'm only accessing my accounts through ad blockers and other filters. I'm also not interacting with ads or suggested content.
