Agree with Ira Kennedy. Whatever problems there may be with the immigration system, disappearing people is not the answer. Not impressed with the deliberate attempts to create a climate of fear. Could they at least make an attempt to fix the system, before abandoning due process?

I mean, yes, please, fix the immigration system. Everyone wants the immigration system fixed. Primary among them, immigrants! But punishing newborn babies, dooming them for life, because the only way their parents can pursue opportunity and the American dream, is covertly? It's cruel.

Attempting to take away birthright citizenship is a cruel gesture. Disappointed in Texas politicians for supporting this. There is a reason it is in the constitution.
