I find myself actually pretty engaged with the app... I barely used Twitter, I tried but I never understood the hype lol but for some reason with Threads it hit different. I felt the mechanism of "endless" comments bringing the people a bit closer to one another people with no influence bs around.

That’s interesting. It will also depend on the seniority of the people reviewing your code. Maybe, how many changes do you do after open your PR. It’s a combination. How long do you take to move your task to done? Where did you take the longest? And why? This should be part of a manager’s job 🙏
