If he was trying to lure Mobius makes sense that he would put on a green cape to make Mobius think it was Loki, but then Gwen also saw him with his green cape right?
Was the cloaked figure specifically trying to lure Mobius to kill him? Or was he just going on about his bussiness and decided to kill Mobius once he realized he was being followed?

the fact that Mobius doesn't know what Loki is doing or where he is only adds to the angst, for all he knows Loki could have just decided to rest in a random timeline with his family or to restart his life sorrounded by new people, he could also be totally dead by now since time works differently
