Clark attacked me as well. He claims I will not let him speak to his daughter. He made outlandish claims regarding our childhood. Our childhood was not the greatest. Actually is was downright horrible. Attempting to silence me on social media, he threatened me. Insane.

Recently Diana has accused her youngest of posting inappropriate pictures on line for money. She called police and a whole investigation happened that was debunked immediately. Diana's mentality is if she can't have her daughter, no one can. She would rather her go to the state. The youngest is mad.

Diana drops the restraining order on Clark to get him to drop the contempt charges. If her daughter is in danger from her father, which she is, why would Diana drop the restraining order to save her own ass? Well she is a horrible parent. And Diana continues to blame her daughter for her actions

Clark finally gets his act together and reports the child abduction which helps the situation. We all go to court where Diana blatantly admits everything with lies about the youngest attempting suicide at my house and other garbage. The judge warns her to stop talking she continues.

The police tell Diana she is to return the youngest to me which she does 3 days later. Maybe 4 days. Either way I miss work. I dont sleep. I am a mess but she is home now. I contact the courts and she is contempt for child abduction.

They land in Kentucky where I contact KY police. Police make contact with Diana and Matt. Ooooops Matt isn't supposed to be there by court orders. Diana is showing fake custody papers to police yet they come back 3 days later. It's my fault for calling the police not theirs. They blame the girl.

I spend the next 6 hours convincing police to do something. The fake court papers Diana has made gets her through TSA and the police are mad. Clark doesn't want to help. I have shown solid evidence this is an abduction and a child is being taken out of state. Diana argues with police.

Now I have a tracking app on the phone I gave the girls and sure enough Diana and Matt take the youngest to an international Airport. I run to the police but guess who doesn't have legal rights to the child. Me! I call Clark and he refuses to help because of the restraining order.

Two weeks later Diana tells the youngest child she has custody of her and they are going on a secret trip. I leave for work and forget something. I immediately turn back and see Matt and Diana putting luggage in the back of the car. They lie to me and say the youngest is spending time with Diana.

Being that I am the one who bought the phone and I have access to phone records I shoot that claim of child pornography down fast. I knew this was another attempt of Diana claiming we were not fit to have her daughter live with us. This breaks the youngest girls heart. Why would her mom say that?

Neither Nick or myself drink or do drugs. We go to work and take care of children so nothing ever stuck. One day Diana texts me she needs to talk, she is downstairs at out apartment so I go talk to her. She makes this wild claim that the youngest daughter is selling nudes photos for money.

Now with a therapist involved DHS was called numerous time. Mind you DHS has done nothing to this point. They did call me once. Welfare checks happen still to this day where police pound on my door alerting my neighbors with outlandish stories about us starving children and drug use.

Diana and the youngest child were spending more time together. Diana started taking her to appointments and therapy which she needed but the truth wasn't what was being told. Diana faked court paperwork to say she had custody of the children and told the therapist a very one sided story.

After months of Diana and the girls not talking, they jumped back into being mom and daughter. Diana avoided what the courts said and kept Matt around the girls. Also the man who sexually assaulted her daughter joined The Navy. Yup he is a navy man who likes to touch little girls. NCIS did nothing

So now everytime Diana and Clark throw shit, aka motions, at the wall and they stick I have to be there. Most of the time it is revenge driven and nothing to do with the girls but I decided to intervene.

I had put in requests to the court that I get temporary gaurdianship on the youngest daughter. She lived with me. The courts denied it due to a custody case already relevant in the courts. So I intervened in the case and that got granted. That opened a whole new can of worms.

Diana started coming around more. Her husband Matt was order through the court to stay away from the girls yet Diana brought him everywhere. This annoyed the girls, they wanted a relationship with mom only but he was always around and now he was texting and being weird again.

Diana took the opportunity to somehow out a restraining order on Clark due to punching the youngest daughter in the head. How this was possible I dont know since Clark had custody and Diana did not. Somehow the courts approved it. Now the youngest lives with me and can't interact with Clark at all.

The daughters started talking to their mom again and cut their dad off. His drinking was horrible. I was against the girls talking to Diana again but they are 15 and 17 they can make decisions on who they can talk to. Clark broke their phones when he found out. We got the girls some cheap phones.

The oldest daughter went and lived with a family friend she had trusted for years. She lived a block away from the school and 3 blocks from her job. It seemed perfect. The youngest daughter voluntarily moved with us. We got a two bedroom in a bad part of town and we have lived together ever since.

Nick and I planned on moving asap. Yet what to do with the girls? They can't be with their father, their mother lives in the house with a man who sexually assaults children, we can't leave them. What do we do? So we started making plans with the girls. We allowed them to have a voice.

This was when I took action. I called DHS and reported Clark. Clark started becoming hostile with me, attacking me verbally, threatening my husband, attacking the girls. We reached out to Lieutenant but she enabled his drinking and would take his side. DHS didn't act on anything. We were stuck.

Punched the child square in the side of the head and scolded her. When I was told I though it was an accident. I have had ice put down my shirt and my arms flew around like a crazy person. I thought that's what happened. I found out later it was not what had happened. He turned and punched her hard.

Forth of July was a big turning point. The community had a big party where everyone BBQ. Thousands of people show up. Clark brought out his grill and Tito's and partied it up. In fun and games his youngest daughter put ice down his back, Clark turned around a clocked his daughter in the head.

School was let out for the summer and the girls did what teenagers do, sleep and eat and play on their phones. We would go on "adventures" anytime Clark came around which was either ice cream trips or driving around endlessly and talking. The welfare checks still continued from Diana and Matt
