It is very simple. The English NHS has been mismanaged by the Tories and Labour and the staff are underpaid. In Scotland, with a limited budget, the Scottish government pay NHS staff more and are reducing waiting times. Quite simple really.

As an SNP member I will do my best to push for my constituency to vote for the SNP and for the SNP to gain Independence ASAP. For me that is through democratic means as that is what the international community expects. The polls are moving that way. Independence is close.
