Yeah such a weird thing from uefa to give the top seeds 2nd leg at home for the Ro16 only. Should have just made it a rule where higher seeds would always have the advantage and have the 2nd leg at home. Would Incentivize team to go for as many points as possible too

Top 2 would be nice but sadly it doesnt actually get you home 2nd leg all the way to the final. Top 8 seeds would have 2nd leg at home for Ro16 but then there would be draw to determine that for QF and SF for whatever reason.
