Once again plotting to do evil magic the gathering things to my friends
A magic card called Kindslaver- with the text 5, tap, sacrifice kindslaver: a person outside the game controls target player during that player's next turn. Neither player may advise that person until the end of that turn.

The map around the bleeding citadel is meant to be pacman style- you can go off one edge to the other. So I took a few hours and made it something I could sidescroll through for my party!
Now they can always be in the center and look around with confusion.

Got to play D&D tonight. Smacked a robot elephant with a lightning baton. Grappled a slot machine robot so my sister could shut it down.
Games are fun.

Had a great time seeing friends get married in Utah. Made a wonderful road trip of it with @karlosthefog.bsky.social . 10/10 excellent road trip friend.

Today is my 8th anniversary working for Planned Parenthood.
Life is very different from when I started but at least that part has been stable.

I haven't played a paper draft in years but I had a great time playing Magic tonight at the friendly local game store.
2-1 with some busted pulls but not enough 2-drops. Thrumming Hivepool is already cracked but give the little guys +1/0 and death touch? GGs

Tonight's Roguelike Rumble from @pickyourpoisonp.bsky.social started off with Tondrak the barbarian getting HUGE, and he carried that into a victory!

Tonight's D&D session involved a mariokart style race through our deceased father's mansion, against our fellow partymates/siblings and our dad's old friend/rival.
I picked a Treasure Planet style solar surfer for my vehicle. Also my sibling Lewlu flipped me off when they passed me.

Our DM started describing something in the clouds of the astral plane, we could only see colors but it was enough to terrify the Gith starsailors approaching us.

There is an extremely attractive man that walks his cloud dog around our neighborhood and we have just hit shirtless dog walking season.
Combine that with the dog still having some winter coat and we are getting the best of everything.

I took Toby to the vet today. She's 19, she's been yelling a lot since I got home from my trip, and I was a little worried.
The doctor was happy to report her kidneys are doing better than they were a few years ago. She still has some issues though. Low body temp, losing weight...
