Excerpt from Ezra Levin's email, Nov 10, 2025 Co-Executive Director, Indivisible Here are a few things we’ll ask you to do right now: 1. If you’re as pissed as I am and this all resonates with you, sign up to be part of this campaign to rebuild the Democratic Party today. 2. If you’ve got a Democratic Representative in the House, call them today and tell them not to be a party to this surrender -- or we’ll remember it next year. Yes, Republicans can likely pass this through the House without Democratic votes, but Dems don’t need to make it easier for them or put their names on a bill that betrays their constituents. 3. If you’re raring to do even more, you can also chip in to help us get this primary project off the ground. We’re going to be counting on grassroots supporters to fund this, but there will be many, many ways to get involved, so only give if you can. We get the party we demand, and we intend to demand one that fights -- a Democratic Party with a spine.

No Kings was massive, powerful, and meaningful -- but it wasn’t the end of our work. Join movement leaders and fellow activists Tuesday night to celebrate what we accomplished and dive into what’s next in the fight. 2. Find (and take action with) the local Indivisible groups in your area. Local activists and organizers were the beating heart of No Kings Day -- and they’ll keep leading the fight on the ground in your community. Email your GOP representative to demand that they get back to work and end this Trump Shutdown! House Republicans aren’t even in DC as the Trump Shutdown wreaks havoc on everyday people. URGENT ACTION IMPORTANT GRAND JUNCTION CITY COUNCIL MEETING: This Wednesday, October 15 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm* (Agenda: https://grandjunctionco.portal.civicclerk.com/event/3565/overview) Goal: Encourage Council to include a Vision Zero–style safety commitment in the strategic plan. Insist on Safe streets for all community members, including our children, the disabled, alternative transportation users and drivers. The city is eliminating the Mobility Planner position that has been addressing these issues of safety in our community. Please tell them this is wrong, and you expect this to be a priority. Also: Council will be voting on the strategic plan for the next 2 years. If you would like more information and say in it, please object to the vote being made with little public engagement. * If you would like to speak during the community comment period, and please do, try to arrive about 10–15 minutes early to sign in.
