I told them if they don't take care of this I will escalate to the Dept. Of Education on account of fraud and/or abuse because they just keep telling me to retake this class (again, which is not important to my major AT ALL, not even as an elective) and just seems like they are trying to get money

It has no purpose in my major but it's still allowed to drag down my GPA? How does that make sense??
