my favourite feb experience was getting matching book sleeves for @jameshopehoward.bsky.social and i for valentines day & staying unplugged long enough to read a handful of books. i started mistborn by brandon sanderson, that will likely take up the rest of my month.

One of the more exciting parts of the husband @jameshopehoward.bsky.social returning from OLA Superconference was the D.W. library card keychain from The Library Marketplace. Ok work keys.

First month with this app and feeling fairly accomplished. I also knit one (1) hood, I should take an update photo of that.

Spent the day cataloguing and processing material inherited in this job. This one was very exciting. Tiger Lily and the Secret Treasure of Neverland by Cherie Dimaline. My tween and I have a weekend reading date now.

My teen got me a self care hamper for christmas. The basket is perfect for a rolling cake of wool. Sweet and thoughtful children.

If my screen time is up to eight hours per day, it is because I am on my screen.

I am an indigenous library guy that married a non-indigenous library guy. I enjoy knitting, spinning, and textile tomfoolery. There is a decent chance I have a yarn in that colour. Come as you are, I’ll pull up some floor. Lets visit.
