You know what strikes me. All my life I was taught that the people who claimed family values and the so called “moral majority” were decent people. The older I get, and I’m in my fifties now, the more I come to understand that was a myth. They are some of the most hypocritical people anywhere.

Republicans are the swamp. Hell, they’re not even Republicans anymore. The entire party are in name only. Their so called conservative values is nothing more than hijacked fascism draped in the flag and carrying a cross.

I do t know if this could be compared to Heinrich Himmler’s SS or the NAZI PARTY Brown Shirts, but it is definitely a private police force with the power to use lethal force, arrest, detain and charge anyone they deem appropriate.

Wow. My biggest regret is never catching REM on tour. But who knows, maybe this cover band will take a bit of the sting out of a life regret. 😏
