i started drinking ~96oz of water/day and have noticed a huge difference when i’m consistent with drinking water and when i’m not. i just don’t really enjoy tracking it or drinking it so much but it works for me

i started tracking my food + water and taking vitamins. a lot of people on these drugs do not take care of themselves, lose their hair, get frustrated, and starve themselves. i eat throughout the day - and when it seems impossible, i drink a protein shake. hard agree re not wanting disordered eating

yeaaah it has definitely stirred some complicated feelings, particularly given my gender and where i live and the industry that i work in… but i am already feeling better and my blood work is looking better too. i have perceived some biases in the workforce that have nudged me to do the drug again.

i’ve lost 55 lbs since March 14 (~3.5 months). i vote miracle drug.
