once again dropping the sleep magician's recipe for the easiest mexican buñuelos style treat~

it's a really nostalgic flavor for me this time of year, I hope you'll make them too!
ingredients: flour tortillas, sugar, cinnamon, oil (canola or vegetable are oka) step 1: get the flour tortilla and cut it into little triangle chip shapes (I like to cut mine into 6 pieces) step 2: heat up a pan with enough oil to fry the chips (heat the oil to around 350f/176c) step 3: combine the cinnamon and sugar into a big bowl. taste and adjust the ratio to your liking though you can start with a 1:4 ratio of cinnamon and sugar step 4: fry the chips until golden and then let drain of most of the oil step 5: while chips are still hot (and a little damp with oil to help stick), toss in the bowl of cinnamon sugar until coated. done!
