Our Lady Jane, at the very least, made it through her last Xmas on her own 4 feet, enjoying a multitude of special treats. Thank you to all who helped sponsor her. She will be greatly missed.

Jane crossed the rainbow bridge, joining her brothers, today at almost 19. The trio will be missed.

We made progress on the back area of Morty's enclosure.
Digging out around 30 loads of excess dirt/sand, adding new dig guard, mulched the ground to add better drainage, and added stone to weigh down certain areas. Thank you to everyone that donated towards his project and showed us your support!

Morty needs paver stones to cover dig guard and a metal wheelbarrow to resurface his enclosure. $100 would buy a used one and some pavers. Morty says Please!!

Currently we're working on enclosure improvements and building a space for the rescued wolfdog puppies

While we would have loved keeping them all, we're a smaller facility without wolfdog appropriate fencing for that many animals.
To reduce stress, all animals were initially sedated, which went quite smoothly. Wild spirits team did an exceptional job providing expert care during the process.

This past Saturday we said our farewells to 6 of the adult wolfdogs we provided temporary emergency placement for during the horrible Ohio fur/urine farm rescue effort involving HSUS and countless other facilities/organizations in January. They have now arrived safely at Wild Sprit Wolf Sanctuary.

Happy Easter! The coyotes and wolfdog pups enjoyed their treats and say thank you.

We recently took in some wolf hybrids rescued from a fur farm. Meet Rheia, Theia, Cronus, Gaia, and Caelus.

Donations would be extraordinarily helpful in supporting the animals and expansions required at the rescue. Let us know if you'd like to sponsor an animal.

She just celebrated her 18th birthday on the 20th and is getting around okay. She still misses her brothers but has made a friend with one of the volunteers who has been bringing her treats. Here are a couple pictures of her with an enrichment box :)

Jane has been taking the loss of her brothers a bit rough and depressed. If anyone would like to donate so we can get her some special treats and toys.

It's with heavy hearts we say goodbye to Alex who passed away this week at 17 years old.

We're trying to raise $500 to help get a coyote that is currently living in a small 4x6 enclosure to a better location to peacefully live her life.

All donations are greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping the animals.

Over the past 2 years we've been working to socialize Morty and get him more comfortable. This past summer's project was building him a custom enclosure with a cabin to remind him of home and ease his transition to outside. Look forward to seeing updates of him enjoying his new home coming soon...

Morty was a very tuckered out after getting the ticks removed and a bath but washed up to an adorable coyote pup.

Many know of Morty as the yote in the bathtub which he took as his first den to feel safe from the scary world. He was brought to the rescue as a pup around 12 weeks old where volunteers worked the following hours to remove 104 ticks from him, concerned if he'd survive (we're so glad he did ❤️).
