How about you fix health care instead of just sending tax dollars to insurance companies. Putting 1.4 million people out of work to say your “saving health care” to send 1.5 trillion to insurance companies as a temporary subsidy is not doing your job.

Too bad someone in the house couldn’t come up with a real plan to fix health care. Obamacare, or Hillarycare isn’t the answer. AOC you should use this time to come up with a new bill to end the mess Obamacare has made and make a new program that makes sense for today.

The job losses and the welfare programs being shut down will end up costing democrats votes in the mid terms for political theater. This will be turned into a win after federal jobs get cut during this Democrat controlled shut down for the administration, he campaigned on reducing government.

Employers will just backfill those days with other employees and then you get documented for calling out until you loose your job.

The military doesn’t stop during a shutdown and this was just a cr that needed the 60 votes in the senate but wic is now shut down. There’s also going to be a lot of layoffs as a result of this.
