Degrowth can be with or without austerity. Depending on the circumstances, limited austerity measures may be necessary to ensure overall greater social welfare and swifter transition, especially for states with more constrained budgets. The infinite corporate greed must be taken into consideration.

Russia is nothing more than an imperialistic and authoritarian oligarchy, which fears its own diminishing stature. It attempts to exert its force over much smaller states in order to demonstrate its relevance in geopolitics. Russia as a nation, with its economy, politics and culture, is a disgrace.

Albeit it is challenging, we mustn't let ourselves be overly influenced by the increasing vulgarities and profanities demonstrated by our so-called leaders both politically and in thought. For the left it would be wise to harness our frustration in acts of solidarity, equality and virtue.

With ghastly amount of disinformation or outright lies across platforms (both in relation to social and traditional media), it is imperative that we learn to engage in respectful and open-minded debates and discussion, not in reactionary commentary that only begets further division, frustration.

Having a right to free speech doesn't entail that one can express whatever views one may hold, thus permitting speech that is overall discriminatory, racist, bigoted, misogynistic, xenophobic, and generally impeding upon another person's dignity, liberty and self-determination.
