Makes sense, I guess there will be more that are as tricky to figure out

Really enjoyed the demo but the "I want to talk to someone" requirement has been confusing so far: I've got two examples of when its unclear why it didn't work. Maybe there should be some manual explaining what each tip means, just in case?
