weapon guides sound great tbh! I always found your class guides in 14 helpful for easing into them and I've always had trouble getting into new weapons in MH

I do love indie games!! usually more than your big company stuff (unless it's capcom they have me in a vice)
but cmon man, surely we can just have some more play testing and better solutions to problems that isn't just slapping on a band aid :/

but at least it's not a completely motivation crushing issue that means reverting literal weeks if not months worth of progress I guess?

I also feel it with other games I've played recently
but not to the point where I lose the motivation to play like with amber isle

like atlyss has it's issues (namely parry being so temperamental/blocking just.. sucking, and trash/overworld enemies feel like they hit a bit too hard?)

it's to do with npc housing, which until recently could be deleted from the overworld with no means of getting it back.
they have now solved the bug that caused it (apparently), but they haven't implemented a real fix such as the house being made available again through the invitation system.

I was really loving amber isle, enough to draw fanart and that's a high complement from me,
but it had a major bug that has only recently been "patched" (for future players only) and it's honestly killed any motivation I had to play it

I'm just built different tbh

maybe you could try playing them using joytokey?
I've used it in the past for games w no controller support and the bf has experienced using it for webfishing, it's a pretty good software for games that lack that support
