These clothes are less a bold Euro/Japanese aesthetic than middle-aged hippie art-teacher gear: curved & handkerchief hems, draped & deconstructed. I find this look so frumpy in its desperate gaiety; you may as well shout, “I’ve got a shit body under here!” But I wear it because I’ve got a shit body

I’ve never forgotten a tip I read on here: if you need to evacuate your house in a hurry & in a car, pack your dirty clothes hamper, as it already contains a good range of clothes that fit & are seasonally appropriate

"Catch you on the flip side" was also popularised by truckers on CB radio, meaning "see you on my return drive", & came back ironically as Gen X slang (harsh realm!)
