If I do that with music it needs to be just instrumental. If it has lyrics, I’ll sing along. Or worse: when I’m reading it makes my dyslexia kick in HARD and I can barely be able to read a sentence.

Yep, lately I’ll find a long running let’s play playlist on YouTube to “listen” to while I decompress for bed or work on balloons. If it was something new or more interesting I’d just get distracted 😂

It also helps with my ADHD, it allows me to turn off my brain to it because I know every line but lets me ground myself if I focus on it.

It’s definitely a sign for me too. I feel really comfortable watching something over and over, even falling asleep with it on repeat. One year of high school I had the movie Chicago on repeat when I went to bed every night.
