At the end of tour, all of my camera batteries are dead. Walking back to the place we are crashing for the night before the 13 hour drive back to Albany. Too many beautiful scenes, so a rare iPhone photo moment. First time i’ve ever really like an iPhone photo.

Driving through Pontiac, IL. Got caught in an insane storm, no visibility, crazy winds, tornadoes touching down nearby. Was so beautiful and breathtaking, but so scary too. I really love the midwest

Today, for the first time in (nearly) four years, I set my camera to something other than f11. I have been shooting consistently with that aperture for a few years now, working a lot with really deep levels of focus.
Switched it up today and went full f1.8, and had fun with it!

Took this photo on my way to work yesterday while getting gas. I’ve photographed the burnt house in the background several times, but the layers of the air pump, the fence, the house, and the buildings really intrigued me.
