We’ll then share your thoughts with the National SDS Collaboration — a group of people from different organisations working together to make SDS better.

ou might have already answered some questions about Outcome 1. Now, we’re asking new questions about Outcome 2 of the National SDS Improvement Plan. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Following the success of the first series of questions, work is actively taking place to improve how we support people based on the feedback given by nearly 80 people in Scotland.

Please share your thoughts with us in this second series of connected conversations.

We understand that sometimes it might feel like no one is really listening to your thoughts and feelings about Self-Directed Support (SDS) and the help you receive.

The course itself will be spread over around 2 months, and we will speak to people who are successful in applying about how we deliver it. We want it be accessible and we also have things we are looking for, as it is an important role.
