Yes, they did. As did mine. It's an anecdotal reference, and can easily be challenged in court. Because you can only be charged if it causes a panic or lawless actions. By saying you can't tell "fire" in a movie theater, it ignores when it is legal to say it. Read the last 3 bullet points:
