also for why im even doing this? well, i want to weight cycle and since i gained 10 pounds from my base weight (130), it's due time i lose another 10. i also prefer how i look skinny and i like finally getting to be small for once in my life.

as for potential calorie limit? uhhhh good question? maybe 1500 is a good benchmark if i maintain an active lifestyle, but on ski nights, i'll let myself enjoy a special little sheetz run

another big hurdle is gonna be wawa trips, which i'll have to be a good girl at. i can only eat there if i need gas, and if i do i'm limiting myself to a ghost and a warmer breakfast burrito. maybe a hashbrown if im depressed and a granola bar if i have a block class.

my ultimate goal is to get down to at least 120 by next march. right now, im about 140lbs. once i get to the summer, i'll let myself go a bit more since it's vacation baybeeeeeeeee

as for the days im not in school, it may be smart for me to try and walk or run again. not too much, just 4mi, then take a nice shower after and do homework.. should be easy to pull off. of course ski nights are a must too, though i need to get better at packing my own dinner for those.

the big challenge is gonna be figuring out how to fit in breakfast tho. im thinking one of those snacking cheese things may be wise to fit in, but that being all i have until 1p is a little bit unhealthy. found some chocolate chip banana oatmeal waffles which may be smart to reheat as well
