Forced arbitration has stolen the right to be heard from countless servicemembers, veterans, seniors, small business owners, and more. Congress needs to listen to everyday Americans, not corporations and #EndForcedArbitration.

When there’s no accountability, there’s no incentive for lawbreaking corporations to change their ways. The first step to keeping companies honest is by ending forced arbitration so they can’t sweep wrongdoing under the rug anymore. Pass the #FAIRAct
