My house is so quiet right now. I was just about to complain about how everybody stayed up into the wee hours and then realized I’m probably going to miss these days too. I am so thankful that my boys are home and safe

My doctor said she is proud of me⭐️🤣
Medication & lifestyle changes I have implemented are working as evidenced by my at home blood pressure for the past 2 weeks though I have a good case of white coat syndrome. She’s keeping the medication the same and I go back in six months to track my progress.

If I could give a gift to young women, it would be a very loud voice. Embarrass those creeps. When they stand too close on public transport. When they “accidentally” expose themselves. & hundreds of creepy things they do.Call them out loudly, publicly and immediately.The shame is theirs, not yours.

once upon a time in our social structure marriage may have been a safety net and insurance policy for women. But all I see now is a way for a woman to always have her name put second. To always have to fight to have something in her own name. I do not see a benefit.
