No matter what, no side of the political spectrum has a monopoly on truth, and if you listen to people who subscribe to partisan politics, you will never come even close. People who immigrate to US often have tragic tales but they're also abused by people who traffic them. ABC & NBC are my sources.

I'm glad that he reached out to Rachel's family. For 5 children to have lost their mom is a horror! Okay you're not calling me a liar but calling Fox a liar. That's good.

But when someone is killed (I think she was out jogging), doesn't that deserve a moral stance too? I can't stand Trump but let's be fair. I doubt if Rachel Morin's mother needed any coaxing or payment from Trump to get involved.

Rachel Morin, her mom and her children are also his constituents. Why are they less important? He should take moral stances but look at the full picture.

We want fairness, correct legal procedure. But it is a slap in the face to Rachel Morin, mother of 5, who died in Maryland. I don't think this is a good story to follow. In the end, it is not a path to die on and it will hurt Van Hollen politically (to care about him, but not Rachel Morin)
