I love “The Women”, directed by George Cukor in 1939 and starring Norma Shearer, Joan Crawford and Rosalind Russell. Lots of comedy with a great pace.

I first read The Hobbit after I grabbed the book from the library shelf at a church camp. Was hooked and immediately bought LOTR and read it as well.
