I went through most of my life thinking I was good at certain things, bad at others, and that was that. It wasn't until I dipped into some online courses/books by Barbara Oakley (and some others) that I saw what was not only my potential but the potential of others. I'll always recommend her stuff!

I think I legit got to the Chocobo ranch and just stopped playing. On one hand, TOO MANY MINI-GAMES but then I felt like I would be missing something if I DIDN'T complete them as I went on, so I got burned out and stopped entirely. Plus you know... I'm in that whole, "It's not a remake" camp 🥲

I'm not saying I hated the movie but the MC could NOT keep her mouth shut and it was SO gross. There's definitely a line with the gross factor that if you cross it it dampens the horror feels. Legit by the end I was like "GURL, STOP HAVING STUFF GO IN YOUR MOUTH!" in the theater. 🤢

As a legal immigrant + a veteran I always find it funny/sad that some of the most obnoxious folks claim for "patriotism" is that they legit just happen to be born in the country.

If you took a look at their actions in general they're sadly pretty much just punching down to keep others below them.

I personally have to be in a certain "mood" for genres but I saw it's not super pricey AND there was a demo so I'll probably check it out today while I wait for Path of Exile 2 :3

Hmmm... Sounds like a solid title. Last visual novel style game I played was #13Sentinels: #AegisRim. Absolutely loved it and I remember really putting off trying the game because the combat seemed not my thing but WOW 👌

Idk man. Each #PS1 #FinalFantasy game had their charms and this is coming from someone who legit hated the combat systems growing up.

Heck I still kinda prefer a more action oriented RPG these days

But #Xenogears tho. Fantastic!
