Inoculating the muscle tissue

We were given the initial plate from the micro department, then we transferred to plates to grow more!

A fungal control we grew! My little fungal fruiting body babies :)

We started with an Aspergillus plate, then inoculated muscle tissue and let that grow.

This control tissue will be used for gms and pas-f fungal tests.
