I first learnt Wilfred Owen at school. I also included "Dulce et Decorum Est" in my drama lessons so all my students at least knew that one!

(2) author who then spots a typo, they can open it in Word and edit. But if I use InDesign and send that file, or PDFx, they can't. It has far more to do with the user than the program in many of your examples. And when it comes to text only books, my clients have no complaints.

Just read that blog. I agree on some points, but most of the others are things Word can already do. It will never be at the level of InDesign, but if you know how to dig deeper into advanced settings, it produces good quality files. Also, if I format something for another (2)
