Also think we need to up the job requirements, like serving in state/local government before federal.

Combine this with term limits & a requirement that an judge appointed to a higher court have served a term in an immediately lower court (so serve as a District Court judge before being eligible for Circuit, Circuit before Supreme).

And mandatory retirement at 70 for all of them.
