This is the 3rd or 4th post I’ve seen like this, and while I understand and agree with the frustration, understand that many of us in the US are fighting. And in many cases risking personal safety to do so. The fight will be long and hard, and I am in it for the long haul. Not all of us are asleep.

Sadly, as long as the current assholes are in the White House, I have to agree: the United States, today, is not a reliable ally or partner: it’s all transactional greed based on perceived grievances. Many of us in the US still stand with Ukraine and Europe, even if our “government” doesn’t.

Many thanks! We need our friends, but we Americans must stand up for ourselves and clean up our own mess. I believe we will succeed, but it will be a long and hard fight.
