So I got a retractable leash for my dog so he can have fun in the snow a little more than with a regular leash. He loved it. That's how I spent my afternoon

Neighborhood stray and her mini-me. I can't take them in, it would break my lease, but I feed them, and my downstairs neighbor lets them into her apartment. All the shelters here are full, so we can't bring them there, our complex super checked into that.

For all you writers here, where do you get your inspiration? My family thinks I should try writing a book because I have some writing skills. The problem is I have no original ideas. Every time I think of parts of a story to put together, I realize they're things I've already read.
