That is why we introduced the term Self-directed Training (SdT). So, everyone is in training which may be either under the deaneries for the traditional pathway or SdT through the alternative route (CESR/Portfolio Pathway). Therefore, if you are not with a deanery, you are a Self-directed Trainee. 😀
