Yup, I allow it at locals as soon as we're able to sell it. Tina oneshots the relevant stage 1 exs, any lugia that still happens to be around, runs Spiritomb for all the decks running rotom, can shred through Pikachu ex or clean up with Sableye, and STILL can snipe babies with rad greninja. It RULES
