oh, that's pretty interesting! i've always found animals that only inhabit a single locality to be fascinating... made me think of this coquí we have in puerto rico that lives in a wetland near an old US naval base within the sabana seca barrio of toa baja, and basically nowhere else

while picking the colors, i was thinking of those blue-and-yellow fishies:
