I did not mention the volume of uncaffeinated because... I didn't have any. I now both feel justified and feel a craving for a Diet Coke.

I ran errands and donated goods. I checked in on friends that could be having a rough day. I focused on things important to me. Did not open any news feeds or channels. I'm part of why it was a fizzle.
