OK, just trying to expose some tactics from the inside! 😊 Also, in some cases landlords of commercial buildings just keep putting up rents so far that theres no profit for the business in it. Then they leverage expected rent against property portfolio, so will leave vacant rather than reduce rent.

Support your Main Street businesses wherever possible as this affects neighborhood viability and vibrancy, unique stores and the individual store/building owners rather than conglomerates/billionaires. Let mall/shopping centre owners change their business model or perish - they don’t care about us.

Shopping Centre business models lure successful main street businesses in, offer free fitout and low 1st year rent and promise of foot traffic. Businesses relocate and bring their customers to mall. Then they hike rent and many mom-pop businesses fail and lose everything. Also main streets die.

What are the non-lethal population control options?
Horses have long life spans, so if sterilisation, 25 years will not reduce impact now.
I’ve ridden a lovely rehabilitated brumby but he needs continual, costly hormone injections.
I’d love to know what other options there are.

Yeah, it seems so odd that you could get travel insurance to cover you for all medical requirements while in the US for a fraction of the cost of health insurance while residing there.
I’m in Australia, so we have medicare for all, then private if people want extra coverage.
