CONS: The in-room mugs are perhaps 15-20% too small for human tastes and needs. Sorry if that's harsh. There needs to be a campaign to increase Sheraton mug sizes to standard British dimensions (250ml for a "Balmoral", 350 for large).

PROS: Up until at least 2018, all rooms still featured an Alcatel emailer phone, making business contact on-the-go much easier.
