While of course I would rather a new HP product not exist, this is a better plan than I had expected. Thank you for taking actual action on this issue!

I do hope you will be able to provide transparency in the process, as I am sure there are ways to minimize "profit" through creative accounting.

I noticed there was only one comment this morning about CGE so I took a screenshot, and by the afternoon it was gone also. Safe to say they are screening out all the CGE comments.
