I’ll add, do something physical that you enjoy (hiking, walking, fitness class, etc) for basic exercise if not just regular exercise. You’d be surprised at how far a little regular exercise will take you.

I always aspired to not fly sober. Not for a fear of flying or anything, just due to the fact I was shoved into a can with a bunch of nasty fucks.

I would recommend giving it about a week before contacting them. During which write down all your issues with it (ie pressure is too high, too humid, mask is uncomfortable, etc).

It took me about a month to get used to mine. Which if it ever feels like too much pressure contact your doc so they can adjust it. My original pressure settings were way too high, but after getting it tweaked it felt way better. Eventually it helped me fall asleep faster since it becomes a routine.
