Very nice work! I do have a miter saw, but my workshop (which is just half of my basement) isn't conducive to me using it. I really need to get my work space in order.

Thank you! I do have a similar angle finder, but I appreciate the recommendation. I'm always on the lookout for helpful tools. Honestly, I think the bad miters are from user error, not bad tools (although my table saw is VEEEERY old), so I plan on taking much more care when cutting the next ones.

Thank you, and this is definitely a good way of looking at things. I learned to be patient in getting your miters right and/or don't be afraid to start over if things aren't working the way you planned.

Thanks for that. Intellectually I totally agree with what you're saying, and I am proud that I completed it. However, I still see the bad miters, sloppy inlay, etc. I will continue working on simply appreciating the fact that I finished a build, though.
