Tomorrow, my production of The Seagull opens. It's a big one with lots to prove. Rebooted company, new space, first time adapting a play (let alone, one of my all-time favs).

I just have to keep reminding myself of that classic Seagull quote "Theatre is endurance. It is faith."

When @vernthiessen.bsky.social and I were bouncing ideas of political scientists who could write the introduction to Icemen, I threw my dad's name out there. He loved the idea, it happened, and it is EXCELLENT.

I couldn't be more thrilled!
